KARA is a girl group under DSP Entertainment (DSP Media). The name KARA comes from the Greek word - Chara (lighting, joy). The official fan club name is Kamilia. During the period of operation, KARA achieved many great achievements. However, the group officially disbanded on January 15, 2016 after a member change.
