D.O. (Do Kyung Soo) from boy group EXO and singer Yoon Ji Sung have been double-casted for the main lead in the military musical ‘Return’.

According to a HeraldPop’s report on May 13, the Army’s creative musical ‘Return’, which marks the 70th anniversary of the Korean War, will open at Woori Financial Art Hall in Olympic Park on June 4.


‘Return’ is a musical performance about the project to excavate the remains of 133,000 soldiers left by the Korean War, which is the most heartbreaking event of the nation’s history.

Earlier, the musical, which premiered last year, featured SHINee Onew, EXO Xiumin, Yoon Ji Sung, VIXX N, INFINITE Lee Sung Yeol and actor Kim Min Seok. In the upcoming reenactment, EXO D.O. and Lee Hong Ki will newly join the show.

In the new version, Yoon Ji Sung and EXO D.O. have been casted for the lead role of Seung Ho, while Lee Hong Ki and EXO Xiumin as Hyun Min.

The musical ‘Return’ will open at Olympic Park’s Woori Finance Art Hall from June 4 to July 12, and the first ticket opening will be held at 11 AM KST on May 19.
