"We are concerned about signs that Corona 19 could get worse in the fall'' said Cameron Kaiser, the public health officer in Riverside County, California, who signed an executive order to cancel the Coachella Festival. "Given the projected circumstances and potential, I would not be comfortable moving forward. These decisions are not taken lightly with the knowledge that many people will be impacted. My first priority is the health of the community. We have decided to put the health of the community at the top of our agenda".

The Coachella Festival, held at Coachella Valley in Indio, California, is the largest music festival in the U.S., with 200,000 to 300,000 spectators each year. This year, Big Bang made headlines by declaring it as the first official activity after being discharged from the military.
