Boy group AB6IX made a surprise announcement on May 18 that they will be releasing their new EP titled 'VIVID' on June 8.
BRANDNEW MUSIC, the boys' agency, released an eye-catching logo motion video on AB6IX's official SNS channels at 12 PM KST on May 18, which drew fans' curiosity, along with the phrase 'AB6IX 2ND EP 'VIVID' LOGO MOTION'. The 30-second video shows the group's text logo being converted from 2D to 3D.
At the end of the video, the phrase 'VID' appeared in yellow, combined with the blue phrase 'VI' to complete the word 'VIVID', the title of their new EP. This perfectly expresses the album's identity visually, which is the will to "dye the world vivid and deep with AB6IX's unique colors and senses."
Meanwhile, AB6IX (Im Youngmin, Jeon Woong, Kim Donghyun, Park Woojin, and Lee Daehwi) will hold an online fan meeting titled 'AB6IX 2ND FANMEETING [1ST ABIVERSARY]' on May 22 through Naver V LIVE FANSHIP before making a comeback on June 8.
