On March 21, the hit drama soared to a new all-time rating high for its final episode. According to Nielsen Korea, the series finale of “Itaewon Class” scored an average viewership rating of 16.5 percent nationwide and 18.3 percent in the Seoul metropolitan area, marking the drama’s highest ratings to date.JTBC’s “Itaewon Class” currently holds the record for the second-highest viewership ratings in JTBC history, bested only by the smash hit “SKY Castle” (whose finale achieved the highest ratings in the history of of any Korean cable network—not just JTBC).[caption id="attachment_7033" align="aligncenter" width="640"]
