With no end in sight to the coronavirus outbreak, Dwayne Johnson is looking on the brighter side, saying spending more time with his two-year-old daughter Tiana has been a ‘silver lining.’

Johnson, 48, took to Instagram on Sunday, sharing a video from his nightly ritual of singing Maui’s rap on You’re Welcome from Moana.

He created the ritual to get his daughter to wash her hands before bed every night, while also revealing that Tiana doesn’t actually know her dad plays Maui in Moana.

‘And for the 1,927th time I will sing “You’re Welcome” to baby Tia as part of our nightly daddy/daughter negation to go to bed!’ The Rock began.

‘It. Never. Ends. But truth is, spending all this time at home with my ladies has been a real silver lining blessing in this craziness we’re all experiencing,’ he added.

And for the record, she still has no idea that her daddy is actually, “Maui” from Moana,’ Johnson concluded.

In the video, The Rock – clad in a blank tank top – told Tiana, ‘OK, so after this song, we’re gonna go to sleep, right?’

Tiana nodded in agreement as her father started singing the tune, which immediately brought a smile to her face.

Tiana even got to join in during a few parts of the song, even getting to sing the final ‘You’re welcome’ at the end of the song.

‘It’s time for Tia to go to bed. Do you like that last line?’ The Rock added, and Tiana agreed, ‘Yes,’ as The Rock said, ‘Thank God.’

As he tries to get her to go to bed, Tiana asks to take a picture with her dad as the video comes to a close.

Tiana is The Rock’s third child, who celebrated her second birthday with her family last week.

The Rock also has Simone Johnson, his 18-year-old daughter with ex-wife Dany Garcia, and his four-year-old daughter Jasmine with wife Lauren Hashian.

He was last seen on the big screen in Jumanji: The Next Level, and he’ll next be seen in Disney’s Jungle Cruise.

While Jungle Cruise, which he stars in alongside Emily Blunt, was originally supposed to hit theaters this July, it has since been pushed to July 30, 2021.
