The members of BLACKPINK never miss a beat, both literally and when it comes to keeping up with and setting their own fashion and beauty trends; and Lisa’s dreamy pink manicure is no exception.

If you still don't know which nail style that you should try for 2021, better check this design out!

The swirly, translucent mani with a hot pink base and lighter pink accents reminiscent of '00s tribal tattoo motifs was just shared on Instagram via Unistella (aka. nail artist to the stars, Park Eunkung) and we can’t help but think it’s giving off-peak Y2K vibes.

With perfectly squared tips and a glass-like finish, this unique nail look is equal parts futuristic and retro, and it somehow works perfectly to complement Lisa’s winged liner, wispy lashes, and signature shaggy bangs. Unistella posted a selfie-shot of Lisa, which has so far garnered over 40K likes on Instagram, followed by a spotlight feature of Lisa’s nails in a separate post. Lisa had previously shared a two-selfie post on her account to celebrate New Year's Eve.

With prior beauty accolades including serving as the first female K-Pop star to serve as a MAC Cosmetics’ Global Brand Ambassador, Lisa has always had a penchant for being both beauty and fashion trailblazer. From rocking ever-changing hair like these long, fiery red locks or daring, bold nails, she even filed trademarks last year for merchandising labels in variations of her birth name, Lalisa Manoban, leading some fans to believe she may have aspirations of launching a clothing line.

This isn’t the first time Lisa and BLACKPINK have teamed up with Unistella for artful, eye-catching nail art. A frequent collaborator of the quartet, Unistella worked her magic on the group’s nails multiple times for music videos including “Ice Cream” with Selena Gomez, where Lisa rocked a custom ice cream-themed manicure and Jisoo had a serious cherry bomb moment with her one-of-a-kind red and white mani. Unistella’s work also appeared in Allure’s Best of Global Beauty feature where she showcased her edgy “pierced manicure” technique on Jisoo, without ever actually piercing her nails.
