TWICE‘s Chaeyoung and soloist Somi have been friends for more than eight years, having met as JYP Entertainment trainees before appearing together on the survival show that formed TWICE, Sixteen.
While Chaeyoung secured her spot in TWICE through the show, Somi competed on Mnet‘s Produce 101, where she debuted as the center of IOI. Later Somi would debut as a soloist under YG Entertainment‘s THE BLACK LABEL.
Both Chaeyoung and Somi have maintained their adorable friendship over the years. Both idols continually show their support for each other’s careers. Like Somi incorporating dance moves from TWICE’s “Scientist” into an “XOXO” performance…

To seemingly celebrate their friendship, Chaeyoung recently uploaded a series of different photos that show just how close the two have always been.
The two are always smiling when they’re with each other.
And seem to have a great time whenever they hang out.
And Chaeyoung’s caption for the post proves that they’re absolute besties who get along perfectly but can struggle to make decisions together.
