The Global YouTube Music Video chart ranks music videos of all artists around the world that earned the most views in a certain week. Three K-pop MVs by BTS Earned the Most Views Globally in the First Week of April

For the week of April 2 to 8, a total of six music videos of K-pop artists were among the most famous MVs across the globe. Boy group BTS has three popular music videos in the first week of April.

The band's first entry on the chart is their new Japanese single "Film Out." This track garnered the most views among the MVs of Korean acts. What's more, it is the most popular MV around the world for the first week of April.

From April 2-8, the MV for BTS's "Film Out" gained 53.1 million views, which is 264.8 percent higher than the views in the previous week (March 26 to April 1), which was only 14.6 million views. Within just one week, the "Film Out" MV climbed 29 spots, after debuting at No. 30 and now hitting the No. 1 spot on the latest Global YouTube Music Video Chart.

Another popular K-pop MV is "Dynamite," which recently hit the one-billion mark in terms of views on YouTube, and it looks like the views are going higher. The music video for BTS's "Dynamite" is the third-highest K-pop MVs on the chart, landing at No. 16 after gaining 17.1 million views in the first week of April.

BTS's third entry is "MIC DROP (Steve Aoki Remix)," which has been ranking for 14 weeks on the Global YouTube Music Video chart. It is sitting at No. 98 with 6.28 million views, making it the last entry of K-pop artists.

The "GONE" MV had the most views among Rosé solo singles. It gained 29.8 million views within the week of April 2 to April 8. The music video for "GONE" was released on April 5 at midnight KST. The next one is "On The Ground," the title track of her "R" single album. The MV for this song had 9.08 million views and has spent a month on the YouTube chart. The music video for BLACKPINK Rosé's "On The Ground" is officially the most-viewed K-pop MV in 24 hours by a solo artist.

Lastly, ASTRO's "ONE," which is the group's recent comeback song, garnered 6.51 million views within the first week of April, since it was dropped on April 5. It debuted at No. 89 on the Global YouTube Music Video chart.
