The Korean Business Research Institute has revealed this month’s brand reputation rankings for girl groups!
The rankings were determined through an analysis of the consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, and community indexes of various girl groups, using big data collected from September 10 to October 10.
BLACKPINK, Oh My Girl, and MAMAMOO have taken up the top 3 spots in K-Pop boy group brand value rankings for the month of October, based on big data analysis!
BLACKPINK successfully defended their position at the top of the list this month with a brand reputation index of 6,186,611. High-ranking phrases in the group’s keyword analysis included “Lovesick Girls,” “YouTube,” “Official,” and “nurse uniform,” while their highest-ranking related terms included “record,” “erase,” and “controversy.” BLACKPINK’s positivity-negativity analysis revealed a score of 60.81 percent positive reactions.
Oh My Girl rose to second place in the rankings with a brand reputation index of 4,401,065, while MAMAMOO came in third with a total index of 3,930,847 for October.
