According to YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK will appear on MBC's 'Music Core' on October 10 and SBS' 'Inkigayo' on October 11, performing the title track 'Lovesick Girls' and the song 'Pretty Savage' from their first full-length album.

'Lovesick Girls' is a song that adds country-style guitar sounds to lyrical melodies, empowered by BLACKPINK's strong vocals. The song, which was co-written and composed by Jisoo and Jenny, is loved by many for its lyrics that contain concerns and hopeful messages about love.

'Pretty Savage' has simple but addictive rap and explosive drop part on top of a minimal and sensuous trap beat. It's a song that stands out with BLACKPINK's unique intense charisma.

YG explained, "If 'Lovesick Girls', the title track of BLACKPINK's first full-length album, has an emotional melody that goes well with the fall season, then 'Pretty Savage' is a song that captures BLACKPINK's girl crush charm. 'Pretty Savage' was the song that competed with 'Lovesick Girls' until the end as a candidate for the title track for 'THE ALBUM', and will reveal BLACKPINK's peak performance on stage, which has not been shown in the music video."

BLACKPINK released their first full-length album 'THE ALBUM' on October 2. During the Chuseok holiday, all music shows were canceled due to the programming of special programs, so BLACKPINK' had to wait to this week for their first performance .

Earlier, BLACKPINK topped SBS' 'Inkigayo' for three consecutive weeks with 'Ice Cream', a pre-released track of 'THE ALBUM'.
