LE SSERAFIM embarked on an idol training program recently, which involved working with a personal trainer to get their bodies in tip-top idol condition. It doesn’t seem like Kazuha needs much help though because she completed an impressive 82 sit-ups in two minutes! She’s a professional ballerina as well as an idol, so it makes sense that she’s super strong.
Somi is such a pro when it comes to ab workouts that she could be a personal trainer herself! On this “TMI SHOW” episode, she demonstrated her workout routine for the hosts and even coached them through a bit of it herself. All of her hard work has clearly paid off because she’s got some seriously strong core muscles to withstand a routine like that.
