Lee Seung Gi and Shin Seung Hoon joined forces for a special duet performance on “Master in the House”!
On the May 24 episode of the SBS variety show, veteran singer (and this week’s master) Shin Seung Hoon taught the cast members all about singing ballads.
The legendary musician also composed a theme song for “Master in the House” on the spot, incorporating lyrics written by ASTRO’s Cha Eun Woo and Shin Sung Rok. Afterwards, he joked, “I’ll send you my bank account number. I’ll settle for 15,000 won [approximately $12].”
Later, Shin Seung Hoon celebrated the 30th anniversary of his debut as a singer with a special “concert” in the woods. After hearing Lee Seung Gi sing his debut song “Because You’re My Girl” and teaching him how to convey even more emotion while singing, Shin Seung Hoon ultimately selected Lee Seung Gi as his duet partner for the concert.
After singing a couple of his hit songs to kick off the show, Shin Seung Hoon invited Lee Seung Gi to join him, and together, they sang a beautiful duet version of his classic ballad “I Believe.”
