Boy group NCT made a comeback with their second full-length album ‘RESONANCE Pt.1’ and swept the top spots of the iTunes Top Album Chart around the world.


The ‘NCT – The 2nd Album RESONANCE Pt.1’ released on October 12 topped the iTunes Top Album Chart in 32 regions, including The United States, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, New Zealand, Poland, Finland, Ireland, Russia, Hungary, Australia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, El Salvador, Kazakhstan, Laos, Oman, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Peru, Ukraine, and Ukraine.

In addition, this album topped the major Korean music charts such as the Hanteo Chart, Sinnara Record, and Kyobo Bookstore, as well as the Line Music’s Album Top 100 and the real-time song charts of Rakuten Music, two big music sites in Japan.


It also topped the digital album sales chart of QQ Music, the largest music site in China, and was certified as a Platinum Album, which is given to albums that achieved 1 million yuan in sales on QQ Music, within an hour and 42 minutes of the album’s release, realizing global interest in NCT’s comeback.

The album is receiving enthusiastic responses as it contains a variety of music, including the title song ‘Make A Wish (Birthday Song)’, which has an attractive energetic vibe, and songs featuring the teams’ fantastic chemistry, including NCT U, NCT 127, NCT DREAM, and WayV.

NCT will start their promotion activities by performing ‘Make A Wish (Birthday Song)’ on Mnet’s ‘M Countdown’ on October 15, followed by KBS2’s ‘Music Bank’ on October 16, MBC‘s ‘Music Core’ on October 17 and SBS’ ‘Inkigayo’ on October 18.
