According to a real estate official on October 23, Park Seo Joon purchased a building in Sinsa-dong, Gangnam, Seoul, earlier this year.

The building, commonly called 'Rodeo-gil', is a station area where vehicles can enter and exit, located near city bus stops at Apgujeong Rodeo Station on the Bundang Line. The building has 6 floors. The basement floor is 196.8 m2 wide, the first floor 166.72 m2, the second, third, forth and fifth floors each 180.22 m2, and the total area is 1,084 m2. The land area is 373.7 m2. It was built in September 1986, and although it was quite old, it was completely remodeled with three-dimensional structure and sensuous colors unlike the surrounding buildings.

Park Seo Joon bought the building for about 11 billion won around this spring when JTBC drama 'Itaewon Class' ended. Real estate officials explained that he could buy the building at a lower price than a nearby building because it was so old.

In addition, hair and makeup staff, who had been working with Park Seo Joon for a long time, opened beauty shops on the building at a reasonable price. The decision was made in consideration of their financial situation, in order to maintain a closer relationship with the staff who have trusted and followed the actor for a long time. The shops are located on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors of the building.

A real estate official also revealed that, "Its price can go up to 14.7 billion won." So the actor can earn nearly 4 billion won in a year.

Park Seo Joon is currently filming director Lee Byung Hun's film 'Dream'. He is expected to continue his activities with another film, 'Concrete Utopia', with IU, as soon as the filming is over.
