Ranking.net is a website that takes in users' and experts' votes into different rankings. While anyone can make an account and vote, the website also takes notes of experts who vote for the rankings. For example, one of the featured users for the K-pop girl group rankings is Mieko Sakai, a Korean entertainment writer and Korean-to-Japanese translator.
