On January 31 EST, Nickelodeon announced its full list of nominees for the annual 'Kids' Choice Awards', returning this year on Saturday, March 4 at 7 PM EST from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles, California!
This year, both BTS and BLACKPINK have been nominated for 'Favorite Music Group' alongside 5 Seconds of Summer, Black Eyed Peas, Imagine Dragons, OneRepublic, Panic! At The Disco, and Paramore. The 'Favorite Music Group' award has gone to BTS for the past 3 years since 2020, raising anticipation over whether or not the boy band will be able to claim the award for the 5th consecutive year.
Additionally, BLACKPINK have been nominated for 'Favorite Global Music Star' as representatives of Asia. The ladies will be competing against artists like Bad Bunny, Harry Styles, Rosalía, Taylor Swift, Tones and I, and Wizkid.
